　　1 When the oil-free air compressor is shut down due to power failure, in order to prevent the compressor from starting under pressure, when restarting, you should turn the pressure switch off handle to drain the air in the pipeline, and then restart the compressor.

　　 2. The user must set up an oil-free air compressor protective grounding wire to ensure that all the metal shells of the compressor are in good contact with the ground, and the grounding resistance should comply with national standards.

　　 3. Oil-free air compressors should stop running immediately when they find serious air leakage, abnormal noise, or odor, and run again after finding out the cause and removing the fault and returning to normal.

　　4. The air compressor is an oil-free air compressor, and the friction parts are self-lubricating, so do not add lubricating oil.

　　5. The air compressor must be fixed on a ventilated, stable and solid working surface. In order to reduce noise and vibration, it must have a shock absorption device.

　　6. The filter medium (foam sponge or felt) in the filter should be cleaned once every three months. The dust on the medium should be blown off. If necessary, it should be washed with water and dried before use.

7. The oil-free air compressor is maintained at least once a quarter. The maintenance includes the need to remove dust and dirt from the compressor, check and tighten the connecting bolts of the compressor, whether the grounding wire is in good condition, and check whether the electrical wiring is aging or damaged .
